How the 4 Levels Work
Each course has 4 progressive levels. Each level is a separate 12-week session.
Every course is designed as a 4-level progression that builds skills systematically over time. You enroll in one level at a time (12 weeks), and after completing it, most students continue to the next level.
1️⃣
Start at Your Level
Our assessment places your child in the right course and the right level within that course — whether that's Level 1, 2, 3, or 4.
➡️
Progress Through Levels
After completing a 12-week level, students typically continue to the next level in the same course, building on what they've learned.
🎯
Each Level Sold Separately
Each 12-week level is its own enrollment. This allows flexibility — take breaks between levels or repeat a level for additional mastery.

Example progression: A student might complete Learning Reading Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3 → Level 4 over the course of a year (or longer, with breaks). Some students move faster, others take more time. Both are fine!

Enrollment Questions
What if I choose the wrong course or level?
Answer: You can't choose wrong! After you enroll, your child completes our placement assessment. If our specialists determine a different course or level would be better, we move them to the right course and level. If we move your child between foundation courses, the price is the same. If the assessment indicates the Dyslexia-Specific program is the right fit, we will walk you through that recommendation and the pricing difference before the first class.

How does the placement assessment work?
Answer: If you start with the assessment: purchase it through our assessment page and you will receive a secure link by email. Your child completes the assessment at home (15 to 20 minutes) at a time that works for your family. Once submitted, you schedule a 30-minute call with our specialists to go over the results and confirm exactly which course and level is the right fit before you enroll. (What you paid for the assessment will go towards your class enrollment).
If you enroll first: the assessment is included. You will receive the same secure link by email after enrollment and follow the same process. Your child's course and level are confirmed before the first class.
Either way, the link is single-use and your child's results are reviewed by and discussed with you by a real specialist, not an algorithm.

Do I have to enroll in all 4 levels at once?
Answer: No! Each level is sold separately as its own 12-week session. You enroll in one level at a time. After completing a level, you can enroll in the next level, take a break, or repeat the same level—whatever works best for your child and family.

Can my child skip levels?
Answer: Our placement assessment determines the right starting level. Students might start at Level 2, 3, or even 4 if their skills warrant it. However, once placed, we don't skip levels—each one builds important skills.

What if my child needs to repeat a level?
Answer: Some students benefit from repeating a level for additional mastery—and that's completely fine! Our assessment and progress reports will recommend if repetition would help. Each time a level is repeated, the activities and texts are varied to keep learning fresh.

How does pricing work across courses?
Answer: Our three foundation courses (Learning Readers, Growing Readers, Creative Writers) are all the same price: $1,349 pay in full, or $1,241 when you auto-renew into the next level. The Dyslexia-Specific Reading program is priced separately at $1,499 pay in full ($1,379 auto-renew) because it is a more intensive intervention with more repetition, slower pacing, and specialized structured literacy techniques. The assessment tells us which course your child needs. We do not let price be the reason a child misses the right program.els.

When does my child start?
Answer: We offer rolling enrollment. After you enroll, you'll complete the assessment and receive your confirmed placement and class time options before your start date.

What's your refund policy?
Answer: Before the session starts: Full refund minus enrollment fee if 7+ days notice. After the first class: No refunds for your 12-week course, but you can cancel future auto-renew. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Do you offer sibling discounts?
Answer: Yes! We offer sibling discounts. The discount tier depends on how many children are enrolling.

What if I have questions before enrolling?
Answer: Schedule a free 15-minute discovery call with us. We'll answer your questions and help you determine if our program is the right fit. Note: Discovery calls are for parents who have specific questions not answered on our website or special circumstances to discuss—not required to enroll!
